Apples may also be beneficial for patients suffering from diabetes as apples contains galacturonic acid that reduces the body’s requirement of insulin.
Apples may also be useful in preventing cardiovascular diseases as they are rich in flavanoids. Apples are a good choice to include in a diet plan for a person struggling with weight loss as apples are rich in dietary fiber.
