Blueberry and Apple Crumble – Healthy Eating

Who said that Healthy Food is boring?

The recipe below is one I know you will want to put on your Healthy Eating List. It is very simple to make, but highly nutritious, and is a great family favourite in my home, it can be eaten any time of the year, warm or cold.

The flour I use is wholemeal or wholemeal spelt flour, which is jam-packed with nutrients and fibre, plus has the addition of oats. I would advise that you DO NOT Substitute the wholemeal flour for white, as you devalue the nutritional value.
